This Refund Policy applies to paid subscription plans offered by porokca.si. Our aim is to provide a fair and transparent refund process that complies with EU consumer protection law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights as implemented in Slovenian law (ZVPot-1).
Please read this policy alongside our Terms of Service. In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service take precedence.
Porokca.si offers the following paid plans:
The Free plan involves no payment and is not covered by this Refund Policy.
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the date on which the subscription commenced, under Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have made substantial use of paid features within that 14-day period (e.g. created a wedding page, uploaded guest photos, generated PDF invitations), as the digital service is then considered fully performed at your explicit request, in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to [EMAIL] with the subject line "Withdrawal from contract", including the date of subscription. We will refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method.
In addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a pro-rated refund for annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of the billing date:
After 30 days from the annual billing date, refunds are no longer available. Access remains active until the end of the paid annual period.
For monthly subscriptions, apart from the 14-day right of withdrawal in section 3, we do not offer partial refunds. Upon cancellation:
The Free plan involves no payment, so this Refund Policy does not apply. The Free plan does not automatically convert to a paid plan; any upgrade requires an explicit action and payment.
Downgrading from a higher to a lower plan (e.g. from Sanjska poroka to Par) does not entitle you to a refund. Access to higher-plan features remains active until the end of the paid period, after which functionality is adjusted accordingly.
We recommend downloading or saving any Content that may not be accessible under the lower plan before downgrading.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 banking business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
